About Tiffany Cheong
Tiffany is the founder of Bamboo Consulting and is an Executive and Leadership Coach with more than three decades of corporate experience working with senior and mid-level leaders across Asia Pacific. Her coaching clients include leaders from organisations in Education, Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Government-Linked and Global Luxury Brand across Asia Pacific.
She serves her clients by catalysing purposeful change to help leaders build their leadership legacy.
Through employing strengths and an evidence-based approach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching®, change is made visible and measurable and leaders are strengthened to navigate through complex, strategic and business challenges. Her client-centred coaching approach helps her clients to develop a deeper understanding and clarity of their vision, purpose, identity and beliefs that serves to motivate change.
Besides a proven track record in the corporate world, she has spent the past 12+ years volunteering as a Facilitator-Coach-Mentor in a non-profit, faith-based organisation to facilitate the restoration of well-being, wholeness and the achievement of personal breakthroughs.
Professional Experience:
With several decades of corporate experience working with CxOs, Tiffany has deep expertise in change management, organisation development and transformation and leading change initiatives in private, public and government-linked companies in the Travel, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries across Asia-Pacific. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Adelaide University, a Bachelor’s degree (BBA) from National University of Singapore and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™). She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Stakeholder Centred Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching (MGSCC), a Certified Organisational Coach from Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and an accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner.
